Cadillac 2013 SRX Service visit.

From the time i drove up to the time I left, I was treated as a valued customer. Bathrooms and waiting rooms were pristine and the car was completed even before promised. Great experience!!

Keep trying!

Experience runs from highly personable to somewhat distracted. Should direct customers to lounge and explain amenities. I must say that you are noncompetitive with services offerred by Fields Cad. in Orange Park. They provide free carwashes as well as a gourmet food experience. It also eliminates my need to drive fifty miles roundtrip for service. I maybe changing warranty service locations.

Claude Nolan Tops Excellent Reviews Again!

I love doing business with Claude Nolan and Steve Terbrueggen. We have purchased 10 Cadillac's from Steve. He is the best of the best. Wouldn't think of going to another dealership because of Steve and the service after the sale.

Was a bit disappointed that it 2 1/2 hours to fix what was to be a 30-45 minute fix. But was satisfied with the work and with the service rep.

Great service.

My 2013 ATS was exhibiting fuel sensor problems. Service Consultant Amy Hamburger not only arranged for this sensor to be replaced, but also identified a damaged tire on my ATS (a potential safety problem) and I replaced the tire. An excellent Job!
