Great Warranty and Great Service

Nancy was very helpful as usual! Great Warranty and Great Service! I have owned Lexus and BMW's in the past but you guys service is Great!

Excellent service

They were very quick getting me in and out. I needed a couple of things done because of recalls so they setup a loaner car no questions asked.

Taken care of

I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and recall work. Everything was taken care of timely and appropriately. Transport to and from my office while the work was being performed was very helpful.

Once again, I was more than pleased with the service provided. Nancy Germano did everything possible to have things run smoothly. My car was taken care of and when I picked it up it was cleaned very well.

Kindness and patience put me at ease.

There were some issues which seemed to arise after my initial recall visit; however, they were corrected (or disappeared) after the second visit. In addition, the service rep (John Smith) was so very patient (tolerant is probably a better word) with my concerns. Bob Porter was also involved; and of course, Bob is a great guy anyway!

Excellent service manager & car detailed perfectly

Justin Bobbit was an excellent service manager. He welcomed me like I was his only customer all day. I had my car detailed and it looked like it came off the showroom floor. Very pleased!!

Gerry Eastwood was and is always AMAZING!! He is such an asset to your team. He made sure that I was taken care of with a loaner car so that I could make it home in time to get some sleep so that I go to work that night!! My experience, as always, was superb!! Excellent service, great coffee.

This was my second trip to the dealership in the past two weeks. While my first visit was a good one, the second one was excellent. The service manager, John was very helpful in getting my car in, and seeing to it that it was properly serviced at a minimum cost to me. I was expecting to get "raked over the coals." But, got out paying only $25.66 for a new gas cap which was great with me. Everyone has been very professional and honest in two recent trips to this dealership.
