Excellent service.
First thing I would like to say is that Sheila Dodge did a great job accommodating me with my appointment time. I emailed her because fhe latest time I could schedule on the website was 3:30 I believe and she set me up a little later to come in which helped me out because of my work schedule. Once I was there she got me in quick and I was out in less than 45 minutes. The waiting room is comfortable and has a Kerig coffee machine which is a nice touch. Thanks!

Highly recommend
Justin Bobbitt was very understanding about my cost. I had an AC issue yet I needed to have my 100,000 mile service done. He had them check my AC first (minor) and then I was able to have the full 100,000 mile service done on my vehicle. Thank you Justin. Plus, I had a loaner so I could continue with my day.

Great service, friendly employees
Everyone was so helpful. I actually scheduled my service because of an email sent to me and when I got there, they checked it immediately and told me it didn't need any service yet. They were very quick at getting me this info and I really appreciate it. This is the first car dealership that I have never had to wait because of the dealership not getting it done. Excellent dealership
Excellent experience again. This is my third vehicle with Claude Nolan. Steve Terbrueggen has always been fantastic. He is extremely professional and makes the process very easy and pleasant for the buyer. He is the reason why we've returned to the dealership each time. Pete has also been great both times we have worked with him.
