October 31st 2025 was when I originally took my truck

October 31st 2025 was when I originally took my truck into oro ford for a new transfer case. 11/24 was when I paid for the job and picked my truck up. Upon looking at it I noticed it leaking, thinking it might be residual fluid from installation, I cleaned it up and kept an eye on it. After I noticed it leaking again for a 2nd time I took my truck back to oro ford 12/6 and that's where the problems started. It was December 16th or 17th before I was told parts were in. After that I got told someone else's Transmission work was in front of me. So they couldn't do my truck work right the 1st time, and then they put new work before warranty work, UNACCEPTABLE. Finding all this out I talked all the way up to the general manager and the best answer I got was to pick up my truck 12/24. To make sure they were on track with that I called 12/22 and got told they were just then taking the transfer case out. UNACCEPTABLE, so they had parts for 5 or 6 days at that point and just then started working. ONCE AGAIN UNACCEPTABLE. Why was the transfer case not taken out on day 1? Why weren't they ready to work the minute parts showed up? They told me my truck would have a 24 hour cure time before I drove home, I understand that. 12/23 I call to make sure my truck is done and in that 24 hour cure time, during this 1st call they say my truck is done and offer a shuttle, I ask to confirm that the 24 hour cure is done, they say they will call me back. I made the call back. I was again offered a shuttle and I again asked about the 24 hour cure time, they answered that my truck is still in that cure time, pick your truck up 12/24. Good thing I follow the cure time instructions. 12/24, I finally got my truck back. I checked the transfer case fluid myself, and it's good. I've driven around a good amount, no leaks, 4 high and 4 low work. It's nice to finally have my truck back with everything working, but I won't forget 2 and a half weeks of UNACCEPTABLE service.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dealership. These people are shady shady shady. Was going back and forth with the sales person, sent him him finance approval letter and was just waiting on the bank to call and proceed with the transaction. I had also just received the quote from Oro and not 30 minutes after that the sales guy sends me a text and says the owner and manager sold the car to an auction house. And the sales guy said it was my fault because I didn’t put a down payment on the car. Now, I will acknowledge not putting a reserve down payment on the car, however the finance letter (according to my bank, which had messaging in the letter), should have sufficed. I will tell everyone I know about this shady terrible dealership. Do not spend your money, find your car elsewhere!!!

★☆☆☆☆ I purchased a vehicle from ORO Ford that came with

★☆☆☆☆ I purchased a vehicle from ORO Ford that came with a clean CARFAX and no mention of prior damage. After the sale, I discovered it had been in a previous accident that compromised critical safety systems — confirmed by a certified technician. I gave the owner, Alex Medina, a fair and professional opportunity to make things right. All I asked for initially was that the cost of repairs be paid for — a completely reasonable request under the circumstances. When I sent him the final bill, his only response was: “I never agreed to work being done. I simply asked for an estimate.” That says everything. No accountability, no integrity — just deflection. When a business refuses to take responsibility even after being presented with clear evidence, it leaves the customer no choice but to seek legal counsel. After 25 years in law enforcement, I understand what true accountability looks like — and you won’t find it here. I’ll be sharing my experience with fellow officers, those currently serving and those who have served in the military, and others in my network.

My experience with Oro Ford and specifically with my

My experience with Oro Ford and specifically with my sales person Koren O’Sullivan was super excellent. He was personal, professional and extremely knowledgeable of my new Bronco Badlands. He spent a lot of time explaining the in and outs of the Bronco to me. He also was receptive of my input and never pressured me during any aspect of the sales process. After getting to know me, he applied his knowledge of the Bronco with my personal desires and was able to come up with the perfect Bronco for me. I can and will recommend Oro Ford and Koren O’Sullivan to friends and family knowing the great experience they will also have dealing with them. I love everything about my Bronco and that is saying somethings from a guy who has been GM person my entire life (76 years). During my lifetime if have purchased many vehicles and I must say this was my most enjoyable experience.

Hands down best car buying experience I have had.

Hands down best car buying experience I have had. I drove two hours to the dealership but it was worth the savings I received for traveling outside the Phoenix area. I was in and out. Highly recommend

If I could give negative stars I would.

If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I negotiated a truck deal and paid a deposit to hold the truck. By doing that, it holds the truck and it can't be sold to anyone else. Well they sold the truck and waited days to get my deposit back. Then they wouldn't answer my phone calls. Their solution was a more expensive truck in a color I didn't want. Sounds like bait and switch. Advertise at one price and try to get you into a higher priced vehicle. The shady business practices of this dealership should make you go to any other dealership.
