James McPhearson was awesome. He did not pounce like some do when you pull into the dealership. He had a Traverse just for me. Not the one everyone was test driving. She is a beauty! He got me a good deal, and when something wasn't right with the offer, he corrected it right away. I am a longtime Chevy owner. I have a 2013 Camaro 2SS, and she is still a beauty. I bought her brand new. I hope my new purchase will give me as much fun and pleasure as my Camaro. Thank you again, Mr. McPhearson, for helping us achieve our goal yesterday!

My experience was wonderful, I walk on the lot and was greeted by James M. James walked, talked, showed, explained and had patience with me through the process. I was going to leave to revisit another car dealership lot that I had come from the day before but changed my mind as my mind replayed the conversation with James. I knew this was the car, deal, salesman and dealership I wanted to purchase my new car from. It was also crazy to learn that this wasn't my first time buying a car from James. I can only talk about my experience at the dealership with James and say it was great or wonderful also because he didn't push like he only was there to sale me a car. John M. the dealership representative who did the final paperwork was also wonderful to work with. He understood I was happy with my purchase and wasn't trying to buy anything else. He also didn't treat like it was all about just the money. Those two guys James and John made my car buying experience easy. Thanks again James and John. Yes, I would recommend salesman James McPhearson and this dealership of kind smiling and friendly people who treat you like a person not a sale to everyone.

Horrible service from James McPhearson. Got a total attitude because we asked if there was wiggle room on the price. Didn’t even try to save the sale. Just grabbed the paper and stormed off. I see all these great reviews on him but something was off with him today. We were nothing but cordial and even thanked him for his service. The way he treated us was uncalled for and rude. I hope people shop elsewhere. I know we will!

The worst customer service in Chesapeake. I had a 9:30 AM appointment dropped my truck off and it never got serviced nor did they ever call me to let me know. They never serviced it, they wouldn’t answer the phone so when I drove up there that night they told me it hasn’t been done,

James MCPhearson was an awesome salesman. He gave us what we wanted, made it a quick,easy deal on a Sunday and even sent two hats that my 3year old and 5year old wanted! I was extremely pleased!

We had an incredible experience with the sales team—especially our sales rep, James McPhearson, and Brian. They provided truly top-notch service! We purchased a vehicle in October and were so impressed with the level of care, speed, and attention that when we were ready to buy a second vehicle in December, we didn’t hesitate to return. The service the second time was even more stellar: fast, attentive, and absolutely amazing. Both vehicles were offered at great prices, the process was seamless, and we drove off the lot within just a couple of hours. The efficiency was impeccable. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend James, Brian, and the entire team!
