Slick salesman tactics. Tricks. During my walk around of the vehicle he engaged me in conversation to distract me from noticing defect on lower front bumper. Purchased car and noticed same day. Did not expect this from ex military guy. I will put the word out. TRULY DISAPPOINTED ! The response from dealeship totally disrespectful. The manager I spoke with talk so unprofessional its ashame. Dont believe it was a real manager. Salesman leaves me a message to call them only for him to curse at me. Definitely not a good experience. NO PROFESSIONALISM. Original post I included the name. However, i remove the name because I do not want to affect anyone's livelihood, even though. The way I was talked to was very inappropriate coming from a supposedly, reputable dealership.
