I called to inquire about a 2025 Land Cruiser and after

I called to inquire about a 2025 Land Cruiser and after our phone conversation I was able to get the deal I wanted to close the sale. Drove 2 hours from Naples the same day to pickup the truck and the experience was very positive. A little crazy in the building with all the activity on the floor and some delays waiting for the paperwork and car to be delivered. Overall not bad.

I was pleased with the service.

I was pleased with the service. I am always surprised how much a simple oil change turns out to cost. I have to regularly go over estimate with a very careful eye, as there are always charges that are not necessary or needed added on to the service bill....last time service options that were taken care of on the last oil change and not due yet? I still feel safer when I have the car serviced here, as they do catch important repairs.

The check-in process was fairly quick and easy.

The check-in process was fairly quick and easy. The wait was not long and I received updates via text along the way which was helpful. I was offered coffee or water which was also nice. The only negative part was the old waiting room that is in need of some updating.

I got a lemon car. I’ve been having issues with this car since I got it two months ago and I’m being told to take the car to Nissan.

Dear AH, You have an excellent service department!

Dear AH, You have an excellent service department!! I am always impressed with the level of competence and professionalism and accommodation this department offers! Especially noteworthy is your service advisor, Mr. Carvens Joseph (CJ), who is the quintessential agent in explaining what services are needed - and also which ones are not! I admire the way in which he sits in the car with you upon arrival and goes through the extensive checklist of items to be investigated. He always takes you "along for the ride" (no pun intended). An employee like Carvens is valuable in any organization and I would hope that AH would reward him with upgraded remuneration and position. The major complaint that I have with AH is the customer waiting room. I have sat in that room for the last 9 years and it has deteriorated considerably. I am happy with the refreshments offered, but the condition of the sofas (couches) is indefensible. They are dirty, dingy, and ripped. They do not reflect the culture your organization is trying to advertise. And please get the room painted a new, upbeat color. It is as drab as a funeral home. I really do not like sitting in that room and my fellow customers have expressed the same. Mr. A. Arico
