Halterman's Toyota provides excellent service. They have provide quality cars with competitive prices. The employees are kind and respectful. They are knowledgeable and conscientious of the customers preferences. Everything is done efficiently and they are very considerate of their customers time and commitments.

For the last 8 months I have been trying to trade in my 2008 GMC Sierra pickup. I owned more then what the truck is worth .I visited 8 different dealers 3 in Northampton county and 4 in Monroe county and got almost the same answer .You own to much on truck no bank would give a loan. I got a Seasons Greeting from Halterman's Toyota, I emailed them my problem Got to talk Brea on a Saturday made a appointment to visit Halterman's Toyota on Tuesday morning Greeted by Matt Sales Manger ,then Rodney Sales Consultant told them my problem They worked with me and with in a few hours out of my 2008 GMC and into a 2012 Tacoma If I had know it was that easy I would have gone there earlier. Thank you for the help. Next time I'm looking for a new vehicle Halterman's Toyota is going to be my choice Tony Henryville

Tony was excellent and gave me and my wife time to discuss what to do before we made the purchase. He explained all the features of the car and the advantage to trading in our car. I picked up the car and all the information and hope we made the correct choice. I would recommend Tony to my friends if they were interested on buying a car. Thank You Denis

An overall great experience. They made the car buying experience fun and went above and beyond to get me into of the car of my dreams. It was well worth and 8 hour drive ( one way)!!! I am thrilled with my new TOY! The entire team was great to deal with, courteous and attentive. Thank you Haltermans Toyota!

Be Aware of the tricks played by this dealer. They have a standard procedure of giving attractive quotes on internet and and inviting customers for purchase. When you reach the dealership the tone suddenly changes and you are greeted by a uneducated, rude and full of ego manager who calls his own internet team to be stupid and offers you a much higher price and you can very well expect him to be rude and just simple crude behavior if you do not agree with his high price. I would say most unprofessional, unethical and full of cheap tricks dealer who should not be even touched with a barge-pole. Dont trust their internet prices as they are just to get you in their showroom to waste your time and get insulted. Sam PS: They never let you post any negative feedback on any of their websites

Steve Heller was the salesperson assigned to me. I spent the longest time with him, although the other people mentioned were very polite and helpful, too (including Michael Reilly.) I appreciated that Steve listened to my concerns and addressed them; also that he treated me like an intelligent human being (albeit one who had not car-shopped for 12 years!) His non-aggressive, soft-spoken approach was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. I also appreciate that Steve intervened with other staff regarding the price of the car I eventually bought. He let my mechanic examine the car, which increased my confidence. Because I forgot the title to the car I was trading in, Steve had to drive to Bangor to retrieve it, along with paperwork that my husband had to sign. A day later I realized I had left my EZ Pass in the old car.Shortly after I phoned, Steve was waiting for me with it. He gave me an extra key for my new car at the same time. All of these "extra" duties were performed cheerfully, as if I was the only person he had to assist.. I am very happy with the car that I found at your dealership, and most of the credit for that is due Steve Heller. He is respectful, knowledgeable, and an asset to your organization, Thank you! Just bought a used rav-4 from chris joseph and he was very helpful.what we liked the most is that we do not have the best credit in the world but took care of us like we were rock stars answered all our questions and the GM Allen Blad was also very helpful concered for our well being to make sure we had the right car to fit our budget.Overall i would have to say, by far is the best car purchase i have ever had and i will tell all of my friends and family.My first car from Haltermans and it wont be the last THANK YOU SO MUCH CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!!!

I feel Haltermans worked with us to settle some ongoing issues we were having with a previous purchase. I feel fortunate that we were able to work with Rodney to work out a deal. We purchases a 2011 certified Rav4. Rodney was able to answer all our questions and was very helpful in making the decision process less complicated than it need be. Rodney was friendly, has a great sense of humor and a welcoming smile. We enjoyed our experience shopping at Haltermans and would highly recommend them to others. Everyone at the dealership we dealt with were also very helpful and friendly.
