The staff was very friendly and they worked with me to get me a car I could afford and help me with my financing to make sure I could make the payments on the vehicle without struggle. I felt absolutely no pressure and each person I spoke to explained their part in the dealership and they explained everything to the fullest. I had purchased my previous Prius from Halterman's. On several occasions while having it serviced, I spoke to Jahnell Aaron about trading it in. Life got in the way, and I had to postpone the trade-in. When the time was finally right, I had already gotten a very good price from another dealership. Because Jahnell had always been so patient and helpful with me, I decided to give her another chance to match or better the deal. Always cheerful, Jahnell was up for the challenge and did what she had to do to make the deal. The car I bought had more goodies in it (a little more money) but it's important to me to do business with positive people. After the purchase process, Jahnell made sure I understood how to use the new electronic toys in the car. Even though my trade-in was a Prius, she went over all the features of the new car, which I appreciated in case something had changed. I would definitely send friends to look at cars with Jahnell. She makes the shopping/buying process fun. Everyone at Halterman's is friendly and helpful. In dealing with this company over the past two and a half years, it's been an enjoyable experience.

My family has bought 5 cars from here. Chris has been my go to sales associate, he got me into a brand new 2014 scion FRS in the price range i needed to be. and the new financing guy Ray is very informative on the lease models.

Matt is great just like all other reviewers have said. He was not annoyed with multiple phone calls, answered my emails and calls promptly, and got me what I needed. I only wish the post-sale process was faster but that is true at every car dealer I have ever visited.

The experience was very positive, I got the car I wanted at the right price. The customer service was fantastic, I felt like I was at a family gathering - everyone kept offering me food! Ray made sure everything was perfect with my new RAV4, the attention to detail from everyone was impeccable. The other Ray, business manager, was also incredibly personable. It was the most fun car buying experience I've ever had.
