Jonathan Drexel was super friendly and helpful. He Listened to what I wanted and didn't try to convince to except something else. Ladd Hanford has been in business a long and I have never heard anything derogatory about them. The sales manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I haven't had any experience with the service department yet. I will tell everyone about my experience and recommend that they stop in.

I've been purchasing car's both new and used since 1980....

I've been purchasing car's both new and used since 1980. I can easily say without hesitation my experience with salesman James Green was absolutely the best. After looking for several weeks I finally found a car on the internet that was all I was looking for, the one problem, the dealership was 2 hours from my home. After contacting the dealership and speaking to James Green, I had no doubt the trip would be worth it, so I scheduled an appointment. I woke up the morning of my appoinment to a snow storm, most people would have cancelled, based on the service I received, I felt compelled to try and make the trip. I made the trip, I must say it was better than I could have expected and the attention I received from salesman James Green and other members of the Ladd-Hanford dealership went beyond my expectations, the assistance, courtesy, and hospitality I received over the phone continued in person from all members of the Ladd-Hanford staff, especially James Green. It became quite evident to me that James Green possesed all the necessary qualities a salesman should be and more, the whole process was very comfortable, It was also evident to me the my opinion of James Green was right on the money, when I observed two other families make the trip in the snow storm just to come and see James. I would say that most people would spend 4 hours in a dealership start to finish, I don't believe that happens at Ladd-Hanford, because all members of the staff operate like a well oiled machine, I was in and out the dealership start to finish in about an hour. As long as James Green is their salesman, I can find no reason to buy a car anywhere other than Ladd-Hanford.

I dealt with Bill before and enjoy working to an agreement with him. No pushing or rushing you into a decision. Bought vehicles here several times over the years and I would go back again.

This I can say was the best new car buying experience I...

This I can say was the best new car buying experience I ever had. They listened to my wants and needs, took my current finances into affect and made me a deal I couldn't walk away from. ON a side note saying no wasn't an option to these guys they heard no and kept swinging for the fences for me to make this deal a reality. I couldn't say thank you enough and it was a first time I can say I was at a loss for words to express my happiness

Bill was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Car was prepared and clean. The detail department did a good job. Had a full tank of gas. I didn't have to wait long to be on my way.

Went in searching for a car and dealt with Bill Wentzel. Ended up with a very good deal on a new Mazda mazda3 hatchback and it couldn't have been an easier buying experience.
