I’ve received exceptional service from this

I’ve received exceptional service from this establishment!! After having a not so good experience with the previous car dealership I was a bit skeptical with the service I was going to receive. To say Lukas Sparks and David Dowe gave me excellent customer service is an understatement! They went over and beyond to address my concerns. Everyone I came in contact with, from sales to finance team did a good job in providing a memorable service. I left with a car I like and a huge smile on my face. Thanks again!!

Caleb and the Find Your Ride team were great. It was a good experience, they hooked me up with a nice pickup truck. My wife and I decided that when we need a car next we will be sure to start the process at Find Your Ride.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!! See other reviews from people in a similar situation on Google. This dealership is connected to Germain Ford and Germain Kia. I hope people considering buying a car from this dealer or any Germain dealership reads this review and understands what they did by selling a car they knew needed a new engine and covered it up by not informing the customer (me) and not entering that information onto the Carfax maintenance log. I have the evidence to prove all of this. I went to Find Your Ride/Your Ride on Georgesville Road, on 11/16/2023, to purchase a 2017 Ford Escape. I was not provided with the Bank information or the warranty information but was told it would be mailed to me. About 2 weeks later I called and talked to Aaron about my paperwork and was again reassured it would be here within the 45 days. I was waiting on the information in the mail so I could get my license plates and take my car in to be looked at as I noticed some issues. On 12/13/2023, I took my car to the local Ford dealer to check on the car. They tested what I thought was wrong with the vehicle and confirmed there was a cylinder 3 misfire and needed to do some more diagnostics to find out if the coolant had gotten into the engine. On 12/18/2023 the local Ford dealer called and told me that there was a coolant intrusion and that on July 17th, 4 months before I purchased the car, Germain Ford had the car in their garage and documented that the "IDs test misfire cylinder 3 removed plug installed new one. Found coolant in cylinder needs long block customer declined. No customer information". This information was not located on the Carfax nor was it disclosed to me when I purchased the car. This is likely their reasoning for not contacting me back to deal with the vehicle issues. In addition, the warranty company wanted extra work done that is not covered. As of 12/18/2023, the dealership has been difficult, if not almost impossible to contact. The finance guy has been the most responsive and the General Manager has not returned my calls. I have made every attempt to try and get them to assist me with this issue, that they knew about when they sold me the car. I have filed a BBB complaint, hoping that would get someone to do something, it hasn't yet. I am reaching out to the Ohio Attorney General to file a complaint. It is unfortunate that the dealership and Germain are choosing to not deal with and fully resolve this issue.

The sales and finance staff are friendly, knowledgeable

The sales and finance staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We didn’t feel pressured at any point and they were extremely efficient which we appreciated since buying a car can be a huge hassle. 5/5 would recommend

Incredibly friendly staff and great experience
