Without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in
Without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Miami. It’s well known that many dealers in Miami use dishonest practices, and unfortunately, I was a victim of one. I bought a BMW X5 (overpriced, by the way), trusting the seller who claimed the vehicle was in excellent condition. But the nightmare started just a few miles later: the Check Engine light came on, and that same night, the battery died. Over the next few days, I noticed a major oil leak. Upon closer inspection, I found absorbent pads stuffed between the skid plate and the oil pan, and the entire oil pan had been sealed with silicone—a clear attempt to cover up serious damage. To make things worse, the coolant reservoir also had silicone on it, and I had to replace it completely. This isn’t just bad maintenance—it’s fraud. As is often the case with these types of sellers, the car was sold “as is” with no warranty. And to top it off, they never sent me the vehicle title. I had to get a duplicate myself at the Auto Tag office. Customer service was awful from start to finish. Yes, buying a used car always involves some risk—but this was outright fraud. They cover up the car’s problems just enough to sell it, and after a few miles, everything starts falling apart. And of course, they take no responsibility. Don’t let yourselves get scammed. These people are fraudsters.

Don't buy a vehicle remotely from this dealership!
Don't buy a vehicle remotely from this dealership! Purchased a Mercedes SUV from Olmaks in December 2023 and was assured by the owner that car runs great no issues as I was purchasing the car remotely to have shipped. Only needed for an island car not necessary to be brand new just in good working condition. Car arrived dead had to tow to repair shop - long story short over 4 months still at repair shop with so many issues after replacing battery, alternator, ignition, transmission problems, and still working on numerous electrical errors- not hopeful that this car will ever be able to be repaired. Told Olmaks about the problems I am having but no response- they really don't care once they make the sale. If I could go back in time I would have never bought this car. Buyer beware! Be prepared to have a car that is worthless unless you spend thousands of dollars to fix or spend months to try and find out what is wrong with it. You may just be buying a car that was salvaged. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone you can trust who gives some type of warranty or recourse.
