I had a deeply disappointing experience with this dealership and would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution. From the very day I purchased the vehicle, I experienced ongoing mechanical issues. Despite repeated problems, the dealership failed to take responsibility or provide meaningful assistance. Most concerning, I was never provided with the vehicle title, which created serious legal and logistical issues after the sale. The transaction felt rushed and misleading, and once payment was made, communication and accountability essentially stopped. This dealership took my money and sold me a car that turned out to be a lemon, leaving me to deal with the consequences on my own. Buying a car is a major financial decision, and consumers deserve transparency, honesty, and proper documentation. Unfortunately, my experience here fell far short of that standard. I would not return, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable or trustworthy used vehicle.

PURCHASED A CAR IN JULY 2025 . 30 DAY WARRANTY ON A 30 K CAR. I AM STILL WAITING ON MY PLATES SINCE AUG 13, 2025 . CALLED MVC AN THEY STATED THAT TRUCK HAS ANOTHER LIEN HOLDER AN NAME BESIDES MINE. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN IN OFFICE SINCE THEY SOLD ME THE VEHICLE IN JULY. TERRIBLE COMPANY ! SCAMMERS ! FINANCED THROUGH MY BANK AN I HAVE A CAR WITH NO TITLE , NO PLATES, ONLY PROOF OF SALE. WILL BE SUING. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!!

No Stars. Just called and attempted to purchase a car over the phone and have it shipped to Texas. I was told you cannot pay cash or wire transfer for cars, they only finance cars through Capital One. So they really aren't selling cars, they are leasing them at crazy rates, and you have to sign in person (guaranteed shadiness). Technically false advertising because you cannot actually purchase the goods they are marketing at the price they are advertising. No stars. You're fired.

These clowns have an impressive ability to ignore basic logic. Every day, I’m more convinced that common sense really isn’t that common. I asked about a car they have and just wanted a simple out-the-door price so I could decide whether to pay cash or see if I needed to finance the difference. Instead of just giving me the numbers, they kept insisting I had to fill out a credit application first. I could tell the salesman was getting annoyed, and eventually, he threw out some xx numbers. Somehow, taxes, tags, and title came out to $7,000 on a $9,000 car, making the total a ridiculous $16,000. The whole experience just felt shady and gave off some seriously sketchy vibes. They are not even worthy of a 1 star!

Very disrespectful, guy but the financing officer. It's a piece of s*** He is very disrespectful. I told him I wanted to put $20000 down on a car and he told me, you come from New York and we're supposed to just bend over for you. I decided to walk out of the place before I catch. A charge for beating his a** for being so disrespectful. You shouldn't be like that and on top of that. He's Spanish. You should take care of your peoples.

I'm surprised Alph One Auto Sales has ever sold a car or at least stays in business. All I asked for was a final/walk-out price in writing (based on previous reviews). I told them I'm preapproved for financing and told them I could pay outright if necessary. And, as long as I know the price I would drive an hour and a half to test drive and likely pick it up in an evening. I currently have a string of conversation online over three days. They asked me to call the sales team, which I did, and I asked for the same. Just a text with a final price is all I want, but nothing since my first enquiry at least five days ago. I'd still come see the car now and hope not to conclude that Alpha One Auto Sales either don't sell many cars or they like to hike the price when you get there knowing you're in their trap. I don't know for sure, obviously but sounds sketchy. Going to keep shopping for another good deal. With prices coming down, time is not on your side Alpha.
