This dealership is the worst, they gave me a car only

This dealership is the worst, they gave me a car only worth 1500 and my loan on it was 8300 and the motor blew and they were crooked told me to just accidentally wreck into something because of the gap insurance they knew it was a crap car as well now I’m stuck with a loan and no cat

Guys definitely told me that i have proof

New ownership is terrible!

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES! I purchased my Nissan Frontier from John Sisson Nissan in Washington PA in 2014. I have taken my vehicle for all routine service and bigger issues to Nissan Dealerships since purchasing it. John Sisson was awesome. Fast forward I moved to Ohio in 2013 and starting taking in to Boardman Nissan. Again, great service. Recently purchased by new ownership – they have lost all my prior work and now will not honor a warranty on their battery. My battery purchased in January 2023 is already dead. Not only are they requiring me to bring my truck into their shop (battery is dead won’t start) but they are claiming they do not have any records from before their purchase. What a terrible way to start with new ownership – I will be finding somewhere else for everything and will not be purchasing a vehicle from here if this is how they treat customers of 10 years.

Rex was very knowledgeable and courteous, couldn’t have gone to a better salesman. Helped me in every way. The same has to be said of Wes, the gen. manager. I would definitely recommend both men and Boardman Nissan to anyone.

!!!!!NOT WORTH YOUR VALUABLE TIME!!!!! After marketing

!!!!!NOT WORTH YOUR VALUABLE TIME!!!!! After marketing my vehicle on facebook was contacted by John the sales Manager who offered to buy my car, at my asking price. After driving over an hour to get the car to him on december 2nd, he walked his price down over 4k then what we originally agreed on. Then my family and I waited over another hour and a half before he was done looking at the car, a process he stated would take only a few minutes, after which we finalized the paperwork and he owed me $900+ in the difference. He stated that once the state had the title work done he would send the check. Everything being electronic in Ohio, this was done on the 6th. I waited two weeks before texting him, too which he blew me off. I called the office the next day, and John answered. I asked about the check again, and again he said he would have to check with the "ladies" and would have an answer for me the next day. The next day comes and at the end of the day I again text him to which he tells me it was sent. Today I finally get the check and it is post marked for the day I texted and remind him along with the check was filled out that day as well. I believe he either had no intention of sending a check, or he is such an incompetent manager that he really did forget. Either way I would avoid this place like the plague. It was not worth it.

I bought a Jeep Wrangler there the day before

I bought a Jeep Wrangler there the day before Thanksgiving. After signing all the paperwork I didn’t even make it 10 miles before the the engine light came on. And of course it’s a big issue, the catalytic converter and some falange. I can’t get plates until I get it fixed it’s over $2000 at Christmas I just put a $2000 deposit down on the car. Not to mention I had to pay a mechanic $100 to get the trunk open because the latch was rusted shut. They also jipped me out of the warranty. When I purchased it the description said it still had the rest of the 10 yr 100k mile warranty ( I have the pic to prove it) just had to pay $200 deductible. When I asked about it. They said NO and gave me 3 month power train with a 50% deductible. My advice if ur buying used, get it TESTED before you buy it and DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING!!!

This vehicle was not purchased at Boardman Nissan. It was purchased from GOSHOPAUTO, and we immediately offered to take the vehicle back. We gave the client 3 days to bring the vehicle back and they declined. We encourage and allow any of our vehicles to be inspected by another technician, if we miss something we will do everything we can to make the situation right.

I NEVER got an offer for you to take the vechile back!!! And why does all my paperwork say Boardman NISSAN … if it was not purchased there??? Also u kinda contradicted ur self saying I didn’t buy it there but u offered to take it back….

Also NO ONE has EVER REACHED out to me to make this right!! I you can not tell me I did not buy this from BOARDMAN Nissan every time I had to call and every email back and forth during the paperwork was answered with Boardman Nissan. I got it the night before thanksgiving… delivered to me. Which was very much appreciated ( however I now see why I wasn’t allowed to test drive it) after signing everything and JOE leaving I made it maybe 4 miles, I took a picture of the odometer and the engine light popped on. I called NISSAN they were already closed. The next day was thanksgiving I called Friday left a message for a woman administrator and NEVER HEARD BACK.

I got a car a little over a year ago from Richard who was awesome but is now retired, i got in an accident a little over a month and So this time i went in to see Rex who was also amazing! They both went above and beyond to help me out. I plan to stay with them!

From the gen. manager Wes Cattoi, to our sales rep. Shawntil Williams - they were wonderful! Just warm & welcoming people - they really helped us out. Shawntil made everything so smooth - went through all the details thoroughly & efficiently - even showed us around the facility & introduced us to mechanic staff maintaining our car. She's such a nice person - we're very grateful. And Aaron Walsh made financing a breeze. This was by far the best experience & dealership we've ever been to - wouldn't even consider going somewhere else now. Would give 10 stars if possible. We will highly recommend Boardman Nissan to friends, neighbors, & relatives!
