Brought in my car in for check engine light they called
Brought in my car in for check engine light they called me said it needed a oil change.If that was all it needed why didn't they do it from the start.They said it was out of oil Several quarts.I checked before i took it in. They make me feel I was lying. Then they charge me of diagnostic scan of $140 for nothing. If it was an oil change, fine . Why charged me the diagnostic scan? That was not fair at all. Our car does not even hold several quartz of oil.

My husband & I just purchased a '23 Sienna.
My husband & I just purchased a '23 Sienna. We got a referral from a friend to work with Mike who was awesome during this process. We ultimately finished this process by working with Ricky and I could not have been more pleased. My husband had been talking with him a few days before the purchase & my husband asked him if he could get the van to his location (it was originally at Granger), in just a few hours so that I could go look at it. Ricky is very personable and so kind. There has been an open line of communication since this began. I did notice a small defect on the middle seatbelt in the 2nd row. Ricky immediately took pictures to show the sales manager & they assured me they would take care of it. He got me on the schedule for today (6/19) for the service department to evaluate the belt & even came in on his day off. Erik was the person we worked with for financing & he was very detailed & made the purchasing process seamless.

Purchased a 2021 vehicle from Gates in April 2024.
Purchased a 2021 vehicle from Gates in April 2024. Worked with Mike. We purchased the vehicle online. Per my request Mike did a walk around video of the vehicle. He said the tires have tons and tons of meat on them. In reality the rear tires need to be replaced. Cost will be over $850.00. Received the vehicle with less than 20% oil life left. Oil change $100.00 We have called a number of times, left messages and to date have not received a return call. Thank you, Mike, and all involved for shafting us on this purchase. Never again will we purchase anything from Gates Chevrolet

My car was having starting issues and I thought it was...
My car was having starting issues and I thought it was the alternator because I had it scanned by Autozone and that is what they told me could be wrong. So when I called to get it in I was told at least a week wait but when I dropped it off Teena ran the scanner on it and it was only a battery( original battery) needing replaced and could be done that day. An hour later I was headed home and was saved a rental car bill. Thanks!

1.5 hours for an oil change with 1 car ahead of me. The POOR customer service was the worst. Common sense tells you to serve the customer in front of you instead of having full blown conversations with people on the phone and customers who have already been helped. Especially while checking out after the long wait.
