1/14/2022 had and oil change and tire rotation under my extended warranty plan. In and out in one ho hour including washing my Frontier. Friendly, efficient service staff. I have bought two vehicles from Milton Gordon, ask for him No pressure and great deals.

I was coming to the end of my lease and I received an...
I was coming to the end of my lease and I received an offer via e mail from them that my car was worth $25,000 and would give me an additional $500.00 towards a new lease but when I went there they only offered me 17,000 for my car. That really ticked me off. So I decided to buy out my lease and they said I would have to go through their financing and I couldn’t pay off that loan for 6 months. I told them I wanted to use my own bank to get a better rate and I could pay it off early so they told me I couldn’t do that because that would be like using cash and they don’t accept cash at this dealer even though it said in my lease I could buy it for cash. I went to another dealership and they said they probably said that because they wanted to make some money on the financing and it was very bad business to say that. Sutherlin lost a customer and will never recommend anyone to use them.
