Wonderful working with Jose Artiles. Excellent service. I appreciate his always taking time with me. Easy to get to and even a flat tire gets attention However I think that Mercedes should go back to spares. Wasteful

I was impressed to the attention that Ms. Lucy Arzate gave me, during the time my car was in the shop. She kept me informed on the status of the repair, on a daily basis. I praise her, very highly, for her work standards. She makes Bill Ussery look very good, with the clients.

I'm very upset with the agent that received my car for a...

I'm very upset with the agent that received my car for a change of parts who told me the price was $300 after I asked several times he confirmed this proce, to later come to pick up my car and got forced to pay an extra $70 out of nowhere with the excuse first that those were taxes fees which it's absurd and then he said oh that is just "Misc charges" for the trash like common man I'm not stupid. It is very dishonest and unfair if you give costumers a price to then after you left your car you charge them an additional 25% on top of the price you told them.....
