The staff at Mercedes-Brnz of Coral Gables are exceptionally outstanding with customer service and knowledge of the different model cars. I was greeted promptly and was handled with care. Every detail of purchasing my car was explained very well.

Jorge the service tech was great. I pulled in without an appointment to have my left back light checked since I was getting a message on my dash. He changed the bulb on the left and the right light on the spot. He also checked my tires. He went beyond the initial issue and was courteous and professional.

Service with Joe Figerola is always good. Unfortunately returning the car is not exceptional. 1. Settings were not left to personal settings. 2. Although they wash the car, they use dirty cloth to dry it and car is returned with dirt spots. 3. Inside smell is terrible. Second time it happens.

The vehicle was serviced and completed within the promised timeframe. Ignacio is highly competent and has a wealth of knowledge about all of the Mercedes vehicles and is a pleasure to work with.
