Happy Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Rochester

We had our 22 Jeep Gladiator in for a recall on the clutch. The hood miraculously got scratches on it. We do not drive this vehicle around town. The vehicle had not been out of the driveway since it came back from the shop. Granted I didn't look closely at it when I picked it up but there were NO scratches prior to the visit. Also, there were buffer marks on the hood as if someone tried to buff it out. That vehicle has NEVER been under a buffer. How did it happen?? Don't know, but very suspect. The management replied in emails "That it must have happened someplace else." It hadn't been any place else!!!

Bought a used vehicle and had check engine light within two days. Just because there is no warranty doesn't mean you shouldn't do the right thing for a new customer two days off the lot. It is obvious that some codes got cleared ahead of trade or sale. Ignoring the issue and not returning calls is very bad business. A little empathy and at least a cost share would have gone a long way to living up to your name.

Delivery driver of parts is not friendly and rude.

This is the second car I have purchased from Adamsons. My salesman, Dillon, was straightforward and very knowledgeable. Jeff Schaeffer went far beyond to find the exact car I wanted. Jason handled the financial arrangements and was very efficient with each step. Great communication and service. I was very satisfied with the buying experience.

I was looking for a new or used car. The process of testing either new or used cars was excellent. I decided to get a used car because there was one that in very good shape and was what we were looking for. Very satisfied with the whole process from the beginning to the end. The few time I had a to change oil or check something in the car in the service department the attention was also excellent.

I had a new valve stem replaced in the passenger rear tire. The repair did not take long.

A VERY PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION !! The Sales staff are very KNOWLEDGEABLE and not high pressure....Adamsons has always been our choice for service on previous cars because it was always done once and done right... Woman buying cars are often considered "EASY PREY" ,however I found immediately that they listened respectfully to my NEEDS , they made suggestions, consequently I got exactly what is perfect for me at a fair price... The Salesman kept my needs and budget in mind from the beginning to the completion of the closing on my new vehicle.. I definitely would choose them again !!

We picked Adamson's when our car was damaged because we have always received terrific services from them, both buying our vehicles and having them serviced. As expected, the Body Shop department at Adamson's is every bit as excellent. Our car was repaired faster than expected and looks better than it was when we bought it! We will always depend on Adamson's to take excellent care of our vehicles!

Very happy with entire experience. Very fast, very honest, and very friendly. The salesmen never gave me a feeling something was 'dicey',which we have probably all experienced at one time or another. Tim Rwynolds was my salesman, top notch and very knowledgeable.
