New purchase 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe

What a GREAT car! We Love our new Santa Fe. When we took it for a test drive it "felt right" before we even left the parking lot. It's a smooth and quiet ride and has more extras then we could ever imagine. Junior is a friendly and upbeat salesman. He made us feel comfortable and was not at all pushy about getting a sale. Caryn went over everything regarding the financing of the vehicle. She was very thorough, friendly, and explained things so that it was easy to understand. Elhart, you should be very proud that you have two individuals like this working for you. We will definitely be back!

Amazing

Junior at Elhart Hyundai was phenomenal. He is a great person and great to work with. With having unsuccessful looking at other car dealerships, going to Elhart was a good choice. Junior is extremely friendly and helpful when looking at my new car. Would highly recommend Junior and Elhart to anyone who is looking for a new car. Caryn was very helpful with all of the paperwork and making sure that we understood everything.

Friendly, professional service!

I purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Elhart and had such a good sales experience! Junior was my sales rep., and he provided friendly, professional service. He was very quick to respond to any questions that I had, he certainly made me feel like my buying experience was important to him! We also spent some time with Caryn, who helped us through the financial process. She was very knowledgeable and made that part of the process quick and seamless. Thank you Elhart!

Horrendous service and staff

The people that actually do the work are good and fine but the people at the counter you interact with are horrible. Not professional, don’t have respect for your time and aren’t knowledgeable, particularly Rod. Would recommend getting work done elsewhere, even when it has to be a dealership go to a different dealer. Price is good for a dealer but not worth it.

Very good good service from appointment to work completed

Good prompt and friendly service all work appears to have been repaired as requested and as outlined prior to service no problems so far with items repaired less than one week from service

Quality and value of the work was good.

Communication of when work would be done could be better and it would have saved me an extra trip into town. Overall the process was good.

They were nice, but not sincere or authentic.

Nice people on the surface, but the interactions felt insincere and inauthentic. Felt like they were more interested in my money than me feeling satisfied and confident in the work that was being done. When leaving I was pressured by the front person to fill out a five star review when I got this email, and if I didn’t feel like it was five stars, to address that with them directly so that they could fix it right there and then. I felt pressured to give five stars because they asked me to do so in a pressuring way and if I didn’t do this they made me feel like it was my problem for not addressing it directly with them. This felt very uncomfortable and unsafe as a customer. Not to mention very unprofessional on their part to make me feel pressured to give a review that didn’t feel honest and authentic to my experience. The point of reviews is to provide a place for authentic feedback, and his interaction made me feel like I couldn’t give the honest feedback of my experience without retaliation from this worker. This reflected upon the entire business and my experience with it as a whole because this was the only person I interacted with during my visit.

Great! I was in and out quickly.

The whole department was great, I appreciate your fast and efficient service! I allotted 2 hrs for my visit and I was in and out in less than an hour.

Fast service

Had to replace a button in the steering wheel. Was in and out in no time. Had visions of it taking a lot of time to replace
