I bought a car from Florida Fine Cars 5 months ago.
I bought a car from Florida Fine Cars 5 months ago. A week in and the engine light came on, the radio was not working, the paint chipped off the drivers door, a light in the middle of the vehicle is leaking causing it to stay on and now the ac does not work. This car is for my wife and children which we have 3 under 5. After taking it in they said they would have someone call me on Monday to fix the issue. I never received a phone call. I reached back out numerous times and got nothing but attitude from the front desk and service managers mailbox every time. So I drove back to Florida Fine Cars in Orlando 2 hours away from my home to get the issues fixed and they are now telling me there is nothing they can do and I have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Even after expressing I was there a week after I bought it on a Friday came in on a Monday for the issues. They said well your sales rep no longer works here so there is nothing we can do. This vehicle has less than 40k miles. I should not be having any of these issues. But now I have to deal with them on my own. DO NOT BUY HERE.

As mentioned in your review, the vehicle was purchased approximately five months ago, and no extended warranty was purchased at the time of sale. This acknowledges that any repairs after the sale would be the responsibility of the customer. In addition, Florida Fine Cars sells all vehicles "AS IS", as clearly outlined and agreed upon in the documents signed at the time of purchase. When Florida Fine Cars agrees to assist with any post-sale concerns, the customer would receive a written document titled a "We Owe", issued and signed by sales management. This document, if applicable, is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, in this case, no such written agreement exists. We understand you were offered assistance and given the amount of time that has passed, along with the absence of a "We Owe," we respectfully must decline covering any repairs at no cost. If you'd like to explore any service options at a discounted rate, we would be happy to see how we can help further.
