We sincerely regret to hear about the challenges you’ve experienced with your vehicle and understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially with a young family relying on the car. As mentioned in your review, the vehicle was purchased approximately five months ago, and no extended warranty was purchased at the time of sale. This acknowledges that any repairs after the sale would be the responsibility of the customer. In addition, Florida Fine Cars sells all vehicles "AS IS", as clearly outlined and agreed upon in the documents signed at the time of purchase. When Florida Fine Cars agrees to assist with any post-sale concerns, the customer would receive a written document titled a "We Owe", issued and signed by sales management. This document, if applicable, is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, in this case, no such written agreement exists. We understand you were offered assistance and given the amount of time that has passed, along with the absence of a "We Owe," we respectfully must decline covering any repairs at no cost. If you'd like to explore any service options at a discounted rate, we would be happy to see how we can help further.
