Ugh.

Ugh. spoke to Georgi the day before.. reserved a Mini to come and drive, made the journey into San Fran, arrived on time and... Georgi couldn't find either the keys or the car... talk about customer service... err so... yeah - didn't suggest any alternatives - I'd say buy private - don't waste your time with these jokers. Looking around the lot they had NO Minis on view despite listing 3-4 on the various websites.. so I'm wondering if this wasn't just a plain old bait and switch....

UPDATE of my previous review - The general manager saw my

UPDATE of my previous review - The general manager saw my review and reached out to me. He said that there was no intent to play sales games or use bait and switch tactics. He seemed genuine and I am inclined to believe him. But this still leaves the question of why the Ever tech flagged my car for having drivetrain problems. By the way, I have now driven my Tesla around 450 miles since visiting Ever and I have no problems or weird noises with the car. I recently had Tesla look the car over and they gave it a clean bill of health. So even if Ever was not doing anything shady (which I want to believe) they have a tech problem. I wonder how competent their techs are in evaluating the cars they have for sale. I would give Ever another chance but I would do two things: 1. I would have my car inspected BEFORE I tried to trade it in to Ever and have the report in writing; 2. I would ask to have whatever car I wanted to buy from Ever inspected by an independent EV competent shop. Ever is new and still working out how they want to do business. I would suggest getting their technical competence together and then letting the public know about this so we can be confident of their assessment of the vehicles to take for trade in and sell.

William was super transparent and very kind to work with.

William was super transparent and very kind to work with. Although there was a small hiccup during the transaction William and team figured it out without any stress and headache. I appreciated the easy process and I love the car !

Absolutely love my experience with this EV dealership!

Absolutely love my experience with this EV dealership! Their one-price platform made everything super simple and no confusing markups or hidden fees. Shipping was good, and the entire process was completely transparent from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want a hassle-free, honest EV purchase!

We had a great experience buying a gently used Chevy Bolt

We had a great experience buying a gently used Chevy Bolt at Ever last weekend. After finding the car we wanted at EVer on AAA’s car-buying website, we got in touch with them online and then communicated by text with a salesman, Levan, for the rest of the pretty seamless process. we were not able to make an easy trade-in with them because our previous car was not an EV, but they were very upfront about that and suggested we work with a company like Carfax for the trade-in. The price is the price—no negotiating—and a lot of the paperwork is handled in advance by uploading all the relevant documents. By the time we test drove the car, the rest of the buying process was very easy. The car was whistle clean, exactly as described, and we love it. All buying experiences should be this easy and pleasant.

Communication with this company is bad.

Communication with this company is bad. I expressed interest in a car that was said to be in repair at the dealership. They said they'd contact me when it returned. I have continued to reach out for updates over the past few weeks with zero response. Now, they responded and tell me the car is reserved for someone else. Poor customer service. If I can't communicate about purchasing a car, I wouldn't want to experience their support during and after a purchase. I've wondered if majority of their listings are fake. Another reviewer post about their start-up efforts. My experience has been misleading and a waste of time.

Absolutely great experience buying a car this dealership.

Absolutely great experience buying a car this dealership. We are near San Francisco so we're able to take some test drives. Every car they offer was detailed to the hilt. The staff was super friendly and informative. We got a very satisfactory deal on a low milage EV. Everything from test drive to out the door was low street and about as seamless as I have ever experienced. Highly recommended!

Long story short, sold us a car & delivered it without

Long story short, sold us a car & delivered it without providing us the title to the car. After 2 weeks of them saying essentially it was in the mail, we discovered that they don't have it & are working on getting it from last customer were sale of this same car fell through. Happy with our car, very unhappy w/their service & transparency so far. Will improve the rating if/when they provide us with the title. Until then we don't officially 'own' the car and can't register it.

We worked with Yevgeniy who was very knowledgeable about the Polestar, low key about the process without any of the "old school" high pressure dealership practices that is old and full of xx. The process was completely straightforward with all costs being laid out in advance with now non of the "hidden fees" nonsense of other dealers. The price is as shown without any negotiatin, along with a small document fee of $85, tax and registration. What a great way to purchase a car. The whole process took less than two hours and we bought a lovely car. We also met with Troy Johnson, who was one of the first employees in the company who provided us the final paperwork. Super guys both Yevgeniy and Troy. Great way to buy a car.
