Great quick service.

Great quick service. Oil change and tire rotation. Could have washed my wife?s car! Nice waiting room with vending machines and close by restrooms. Great Place to service vechile.

Dealer installed a new car wash.

Dealer installed a new car wash...which takes so much time to get a car they tell you 30 minutes. To detour you from getting a car wash. Which when I bought the car they told me free car washes! Now you can wait 30-45 minutes just to get a car wash.

Terrible dealership.

Terrible dealership. Wasted my time telling me a vehicle was in great condition for it to arrive and have damage that needed a min of $4,000 in bodywork. I’d have understood if it was a $1995 special but it was over $40k. Thankfully another dealership was honest on their car listing and I found my car!

When paying invoice the young lady told be my balance was

When paying invoice the young lady told be my balance was $519.87 after she ran my credit card I was charged $535.47. She never bother to tell me there was a charge to run my credit card. When I complained about her not telling me she pointed to the sign on the counter stating there would be a credit card fee however the sign was backwards and none of your customers could see it or read it. I've been a customer for 30 plus years and find this to be extremely aggravating and feel you owe me a gift certificate for $15.60 to use on my next appointment. Donna Donegan

John Paul’s was purchased by Kunes, a huge chain, and

John Paul’s was purchased by Kunes, a huge chain, and customer service went in the toilet. I brought my vehicle in multiple times for a problem covered by warranty, they didn’t fix it, then the last time I brought it in they finally fixed it, but the warranty was by then expired so I had to pay for the repair. Totally unethical, and I’d never go back to this evil chain. I had purchased two cars from John Paul’s and gotten great service from them in the past.

I was given an appointment time of 10:40 AM on Tuesday

I was given an appointment time of 10:40 AM on Tuesday but received a text the following day stating it had been changed to 11:20 AM. I called back and left a voicemail to reschedule but never received a call back, so I went elsewhere. This is the third time this has happened, and no one ever answers the phone. Then, at checkout, I discovered that prices had increased without any prior notice. When questioned, I was told that the price had always been the same, even though I have receipts proving otherwise. After coming here for over seven years, it’s time to move on.

I was sold a car with a bad water pump and coolant

I was sold a car with a bad water pump and coolant container. When I brought the car back and explained it has been leaking antifreeze they said they would look at it. They had me speak to the financial supervisor who told me that Kunes warranty on the vehicle nor they would help me. Basically, the 2019 Buick I bought with 55,000 miles on it was used and not their problem. I was told by my sales person and the finical supervisor that they would call me back. They never called back. The only call back I received was from the service manager who quotes me $1500 to repair it. I called two mechanics to find out what they would charge Brown Deer Sales quoted me $542 and MidCaost Auto who quoted and fixed the car for $723.
