I spent over a $1000 and you all never repaired my

I spent over a $1000 and you all never repaired my vehicle. I was told 3 different things were wrong with my car. You have my money and never resolved my issue, and now I dont have my car to drive, and my money is gone. Now you want to charge me over $3000 for what you claim is now the issue. You all should have said from the beginning that you weren't sure what was wrong with my vehicle before you took my hard earned money. You all robbed me of my money. How would you feel if it was done to you? And don't send me any more stupid xxx text messages to rate the service. You all were no help to me.
