Yassir was tremendous with his knowledge of the CX-5 and his willingness to explain every operating detail of the car. He was extremely generous with his time and encouraged follow-up phone calls if we had any problems at all. Everything he did plus the stellar nature of the car encouraged us to buy a second CX-5 within two days.

I was blown away by the customer service I received from the Bradshaw Mazda team, especially from Richard Lovedahl, who helped me with my purchase. He was attentive, energetic, built great rapport, and put a lot of effort into securing the CX5 I wanted. He even took the time to give me a tutorial on how to use all the features. I really appreciated his diligence in providing excellent service from start to finish. Andy was great too. I felt no pressure to choose certain warranty/service options. The choices were presented and I customized to my liking. Great experience overall. I highly recommend this team!
