The product up sale on a car with less than 30,000 miles on was a bit much. Fuel system flush at 26k mikes? Come on. Then there was a quote given on the phone that was no where near what the actual cost was. And then the paint damage that occurred when some warranty work was being done, this results in us having to bring the car back to get repaired. They did take $100 off the final bill, but that’s minuscule compared to the time and effort to get the paint repaired. We will take our car elsewhere next time.

Michael Bonello that works in the service department has
Michael Bonello that works in the service department has always been one of the best advisors to work with since I have owned my QX80. I have always looked for him when it was time for service on my vehicle. He has always told me what is needed and what was to come. I always feel comfortable when I bring my car to him and never question what is recommended because for the last 5 years he has been great. The service department as a whole is great and they represent the brand well. Thank you Michael and the team for taking care of my investment.
