I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Evergreen Park Subaru in Chicago, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I drove over 400 miles to buy from them — not just because they offered one of the best prices in the entire country, but because of the honest, direct, and courteous communication I received from Justin and his manager, Mike. From start to finish, the process was smooth and transparent. There were no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no pressure — just straightforward, respectful service. Justin was efficient, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. Mike was equally professional and accommodating. Justin made everything incredibly simple and

Justin made everything incredibly simple and straightforward! Finished 99% of the process over the phone and then came in and wrapped things up in the shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a dealership! I don’t remember the name of my finance person (my apologies!), but the two of them worked hard to get me into the car of my dreams after a sudden accident left me in a sticky situation. Highly recommend!

My dealer was Jared and he was great and he and the rest

My dealer was Jared and he was great and he and the rest of the team did a great job working with me. I purchased my vehicle a 2019 Chevy Trax on Memorial Day and to say the least I closed out the dealership that afternoon. They fed me and my daughter and offered us snacks. The finance team worked with my budget and my challenging vehicle request to get me a vehicle that was a better fit not only for me but for my budget as well. Thank you Jared and the rest of the team for putting up with my million questions on Memorial Day and getting me my new vehicle.

Lou, sales manager, quoted price over phone.

Lou, sales manager, quoted price over phone. Sales person he hooked me up with added about $3000 extra on the vehicle. Refused to take some of it off. Lou said he would take part of it off, but then didn’t. When I called him after the sale he said he would take care of it but never followed up on it. Now not answering texts. I regret working with these people. I don’t trust them at all.
