I came in for a simple oil change and you tried to hit me
I came in for a simple oil change and you tried to hit me up for $500 of “recommended” service on my 2025 CRV with 18,000 miles. On top on that you charged me $8 for using a credit/debit card. Suffice to say I won’t be returning

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff.
I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Clifton came over to help us very quickly. I appreciated the negotiating about $ down and payments. Teh vehicle was readily available, and I leased it on the spot and drove away that eve. The whole process took almost 3 hours. This was longer than I expected.
