I came in for a simple oil change and you tried to hit me

I came in for a simple oil change and you tried to hit me up for $500 of “recommended” service on my 2025 CRV with 18,000 miles. On top on that you charged me $8 for using a credit/debit card. Suffice to say I won’t be returning

The staff at this dealership were very accommodating. They try to make your purchase as easy as possible and it was. All of the staff members were knowledgeable and friendly.. all questions were answered thoroughly and politely.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Clifton came over to help us very quickly. I appreciated the negotiating about $ down and payments. Teh vehicle was readily available, and I leased it on the spot and drove away that eve. The whole process took almost 3 hours. This was longer than I expected.

Completely satisfied with the service that I receive at Honda Manhassett. Chet Lee, Edgar Sierra and Hilda Feliciano all provide exceptional service. When the project was finished, Cesar at the parts/invoice desk was efficient and as always, has smiles and kind words for customers. I am totally pleased and continue to service my two Honda Civics through this group!
