This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever been through, Salma was amazing! She was calm, patient not pushy at all, I felt valued and respected the entire time. Sydney was great also, I highly recommend anyone to purchase from offlease Orlando.

My experience in purchasing my vehicle was atrocious. No respect for others peoples time at all.

I reached and ask two simple questions. They ignored my questions and sent me multiple generic “hey call me to talk about this great car.” I bought from someone else. Start with answering the questions the customer Ed asks and then move to calling. When you ignore me, I ignore you.

Horrible experience don’t buy car here they rude and nasty with fake prices and hitting fee broke car none fix car to get rid of them so they fool the customer with the prices

Bad experience the car I want to see it said it was $500 it was Honda 2001 when I want to dealership it came up to $1500 supposedly the back fee and delivery of the car first all when I saw the Pic internet is didn’t said Nothing of that plus check engine on no ac and the back glass broke made me waste my time after the lady that I spoke to said that it was $500 the car and with tag was $115 more . so they lie about that price , and I drive 30 min and top that . The manager had a smart mouth to . never again . learn how to sale and lie about the price so they fool the person into buying the car.

Don't buy a car from there, they don't have good cars. I bought a car there and they didn't give me a day's notice, but the day I picked it up, it stopped on the road. I brought it back and they didn't fix it.

The service here was amazing. They really took thier time to make sure I got what I needed in a car and listened to all my needs. Everyone i interacted with was great. Mariia was my salesperson and she did what she could to answer ally questions and get what I needed. I would recommend

Everyone was so helpful and really care about the vehicle they are selling you. The process was seamless and the atmosphere was amazing and very upscale. Amazing place and I would definitely purchase from here in the future and tell my family and friends.
