They have serviced my EV6 from the time I purchased it.

They have serviced my EV6 from the time I purchased it. They always show great concern for the customer and the vehicle, Nick Palumbo was proactive in communicating where they are in the process of the service event.

If I could give this.

If I could give this. At dealer ship a lower rating it would be -10. Ed called service to get 2 recalls taken care of the service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. We bought our 2012 Kia Sorento new and had to deal with recalls every year since and never had a problem getting a recall done or the service department calling us back to get it scheduled and done. It’s going on 3 weeks and not a word on our schedule date nor did they even bother to call us back. I will never go back to this xxxx hole ever again

I’ve tried to be patient but my calls aren’t being

I’ve tried to be patient but my calls aren’t being returned so far. The sales staff is the only reason it’s not one star. On 1/25 we brought my wife’s car in for service. Our first time ever at this Dealership. Brad greeted us and all he could talk about was being ready to leave and go home. At write up and check out that’s all he could talk about. I get it, I’m ready to go home at the end of the day too, but it’s not very professional. After we got back home I checked the car over since I felt our visit was rushed. I know our air filters weren’t checked and I’m 95% sure our tires weren’t even rotated. I didn’t receive any kind of inspection form, or told about any inspection. For all I know my wife and kids are riding around with maintenance that needs to be addressed. It’s disappointing for a $105 service visit for basic maintenance and can’t even trust the vehicle was checked over. While waiting we did look at new vehicles because we’ll be in the market soon. Jonas and everyone we spoke to up front was great. Also, not a a good look when your techs walk in and a customer is trying to check out and they drop F bombs. Not sure we’ll be back after this one.

Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! Call and negotiate a deal, have it finalized through my bank, call ahead to ensure they have the vehicle since I’m several hours away and am told yes the keys are on my desk. Start down there and tell them I’ll be arriving 15 minutes late. They tell me we will call you back. 45minutes later I get a call back from a salesmen whom they asked to call and tell me the finance manager wouldn’t be available. So they couldn’t sell me the car. Mind you I’ve been on the road for two hours at this point. Check with their name on it and the guy couldn’t stay an extra 15 minutes. Salesman asked if there’s “anyway” I could come the next day. Said nope! I’ll just buy a different car from a dealer who wants to sell and isn’t playing games. Wasted my entire afternoon from 2:30 till 7pm driving in traffic for nothing. Should have listened to the other reviews on this place but no… liked the car and figured they couldn’t be that bad!! I was wrong!

This is the first time I have ever given anyone a bad

This is the first time I have ever given anyone a bad review. Usually I just suck it up but I’m fuming. On June 13, I took my 2022 Kia with 30,000 miles or less to there service department because of a problem not wanting to start unless I jumped it off. They did a diagnostic on it and checked the battery and said the battery wasn’t the best but they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I would have to wait until the battery went out. The battery would have been under warranty at that time. I had problems starting the car a couple of times after that but could manage to start it without jumping it off after several tries. Well, Friday we didn’t use the car at all and Saturday it wouldn’t start so I jumped it off and ran the car over the weekend. Took the car in to their service dept. on Monday and they checked it and said the battery was bad but my warranty was out after July so I would have to pay for a new battery. I told the manager that I brought the car in for the same problem in June before my warranty had gone out for the same problem and they have a record of it so it should be covered. He said he realized I was wanting a free battery but that’s just the way it was. I purchased the car at their dealership and they gave me a good deal and very good experience. This was my second Kia. But, I feel like that was just wrong to not honor the warranty since I had taken the car to them for the same problem when the warranty was in effect. It’s not that I can’t afford a battery nor am trying to get one over on them. I just feel like I got cheated. I won’t be going back there for anything. I didn’t let them sell me a battery either.

Only giving a star because 0 stars is not an option.

Only giving a star because 0 stars is not an option. My EV-6 died on Tuesday (2nd time after having safety recall for 12v battery issues). The dealership has had my car 3 days now with no end in sight. I have called 11 times & gotten 1 return call. Service is abysmal, communication non-existent. Worst auto dealer experience in my life.

The navigation system in my 2023 Sportage with 13700

The navigation system in my 2023 Sportage with 13700 miles was malfunctioning. After almost 60 minutes the service tech told me if they updated the system it could take 6 hours but I could update in only 15 minutes, which absolutely made no sense. The service dept. sent me home with a copy of Kia's "Technical Service Bulletin#208" and told me to follow the instructions. I called and asked to speak with the service manager and was told he was busy but would call me back....that was two and a half days ago! I would expect that a vehicle still under the manufacturers warranty would be serviced by their dealer network but guess Fred Anderson Kia service dept. has a different understanding of what constituents customer service.
