The employees are friendly and helpful. Provided service to take me home and pick me up. Car wash machine was not operating well. Usually if I ask they will have car washed. I will be happy when Covid is over. Waiting room was pleasant I actually didn’t mind waiting there in the past. Coffee machine, snacks and comfy chairs that seniors like me could get out of! Work on my car was always done well . Never had a problem afterwards. Thank you Subaru!

It took over three months for them to finish the repairs
It took over three months for them to finish the repairs on my car. The worst part was there was no communication from Bob Rohrman Subaru during that time. Service advisors that I dealt with were worthless.
