Good experience with my sales associate Michael Kry he

Good experience with my sales associate Michael Kry he went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle that day he called the bank and helped me out with phone calls so helpful and it all came together and I was out of there that evening with my car. I did notice the next day that my door wouldn’t shut very good at first. They said they wouldn’t fix it, but then Michael went and talk to his boss and they ended up taking care of it. I really appreciate that going to bat for me because I was very upset. and then my experience at the service department was the same. I told him what had happened and he said he would do his best to take care of it and he sure did. I so appreciate it. again, I feel like the people that are working there went to bat for me as a customer and I really appreciate that that is not always done very happy with my vehicle

A truly great purchase experience, excellent

A truly great purchase experience, excellent communication and service in a timely manner. Dealer info was complete and accurate on the vehicle I bought. My salesperson,Tenaj Ormsby, was very professional, friendly, and competent. She made my purchase easy and fun.

I had shopped on line and found what I had wanted

I had shopped on line and found what I had wanted immediately when I arrived. Mark greeted me almost immediately. The side bars that I wanted & car was detailed as well. I had scheduled a time to close the deal for the next morning. I even met the service manager at pick up time. This is my first wrangler and everything was explained in what to expect. Thank you Mark & everyone who made my buying experience wonderful at Jack.

I spent multiple days on the phone with one of their

I spent multiple days on the phone with one of their sales associates. I was sent videos of a truck while it was still dirty. I had to call out a massive dent in the front bumper that was not mentioned when I asked about damage, we were able to make a deal by taking some money off of the price for this one issue. I showed up to pick up the vehicle and it looked like it had just been through a demo Derby then parked at a driving range. There was no reference to this damage through other discussions with sales associate. When I voiced my concern about this. They lead me on that they may be able to make a deal on another vehicle, mind you I had just driven two hours with little kids and had taken time off from work. I test drove this vehicle under the premise that they would need to adjust the price to match the deal we had made on the other truck, which they lead on would be a possibility. When I sat down, they brought in the Sales Manager, who then said they would not budge a cent on the $4000 more expensive truck and that I should’ve known through their phone video about all of the dents and scratches and busted rear bumper that were not disclosed when I asked. This place is terrible. They have zero customer service, they lie, cheat and steal. The Sales Manager decided to then call me after the fact, he had cherry picked phone calls with the sales person, he tried to say that I was not being honest, when he did not see all of the calls. He wasn’t trying to make a sale, it apologize, this place just likes to try to be right when they couldn’t be more wrong. Stay Away!
