This young man tried to tell me i needed new brakes on my

This young man tried to tell me i needed new brakes on my santa cruz with 34000 miles. Told me i had a hole in my brake rotor! Said he had pictures of it. When he showed me the pictures it was a 1/16 inch rust on outer rim of rotor where the pads don't touch. Said brakes would be 600 dollars. I still have paperwork showing his fraudulent assertion i needed brakes. Terrible dealer. Will never see me using Granite Hyundai! Does not speak well for Hyundai in general

When I went in to look for a car, I was treaded well.

When I went in to look for a car, I was treaded well. Car needed some service, they were great. But when I tried to call the salesman I had, 3 times, and got to speak with someone else, which is fine, said he'd pass the info to my salesman but the salesman never got back to me...

Disappointed with the sales rep also the fact that I sent an email over a week ago about an issue that had not been disclosed to me at the time of signing and I have been advised they are responsible to fix and yet I have had no response
