Service was quick. Evan Doel ensures all service requests are completed. Team is easy to work with. One opportunity would be to clean vehicle prior to pickup especially if parked next to sprinklers that leave hard water spots.

Bought a Grenadier last December and Jim was great to work with. LOST it from flooding during Hurricane Helene. Called Jim (Agim) and he found me one very similar with all the options I had on on my old one (plus a few!) Was very happy with everything and, if you're looking for a Grenadier, I would gladly recommend dealing with him. (And Brittany was great regarding the actual puchase)

Evan Doel, the INEOS Service Manager, has quite frankly been a major surprise. I have owned many cars over the years and worked with many service people, but Evan is without a doubt the best I have ever worked with. Evan has been super-responsive and always willing to take whatever time needed to explain items related to my Grenadier. Especially when dealing with a brand new car company, a first year vehicle, knowing there are bound to be issues and gremlins to sort out, Evan has been extremely helpful and supportive during this process. I’d buy another Crown vehicle without hesitation, knowing someone like this is there to support me after the purchase. Conscientious, honest, straightforward, clear communicator.

We scheduled an appointment with Marcus Rogers to look at an advertised vehicle on their lot (Lincoln Nav Black Label). When we arrived, he had the vehicle we wanted to look at cleaned and detailed and sitting right out front (other dealer did not do this). Marcus was knowledgeable, professional and polite! He answered all our questions and was very willing to assist with all our questions and concerns. As we were working on the purchasing details, Marcus was making sure all the complexities of an out of state buyer were thoroughly covered and went out of his way to accommodate all our special needs. Marcus is a 10 in our book and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle at his dealership! Marcus made this an easy pain free process and even filled up the vehicle with a full tank of gas.
