I had amazing service.
I had amazing service. The customer service from Andrew was amazing! He was respectful and got the job done! Very nice and humble man. He was friendly and made me feel welcomed. He was quick to provide updates to me and kept me in the know before they did any work. He was also cheerful and a had a great smile. I really would send anyone there because the customer service was amazing! He is the guy with lots to tats! Go check him out!

Joseph Erato was the best Salesman Ever. I purchased 2 New Mazda CX 30'S within 2 weeks. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, courtesy and easy to work with. That goes for the entire dealership as well.

Middletown Mazda really screwed me on a lease .
Middletown Mazda really screwed me on a lease .Recently traded my cx9 in for a 2024 ..I was assured that my last payment would be taken care of cause I was staying with Mazda ..I was also slightly over mileage which I was also told wouldn’t be an issue ..I’m now getting billed for $1700 for the last payment , mileage and some minor scratches and dings ..So everything told to me was pretty much a big lie ..I would have never stuck with Mazda again if I knew this would happen .Absolutely ridiculous..My next letter goes to Tom Donnelly , Mazda CEO.

I was looking at different models and their was no pressure and being talked down to by employees at dealership. I dealt with Brittaney Ayling and she was very easy to talk with and deal with. I am glad I went to check them out.
