I Jeremy ArmstrongI was one of the first customers to buy a Nissan Pro-4X from Kingston Nissan back when Tom Gordon owned it — they even had to source the truck from elsewhere for me. Under Tom’s ownership, the dealership was run with respect, integrity, and genuine care for customers. Unfortunately, since Romeo Nissan took over, the experience has been completely different. I was disrespected in multiple ways, and their sales team simply does not have the professionalism or customer-first attitude the old regime had. The change in ownership has ruined what used to be a great business. From Glens Falls down to Ulster and Dutchess County, I would strongly advise you do not shop at any Romeo dealership. They’ve turned a once-trusted place into a disappointment.

I bought a used car from Romeo Nissan.

I bought a used car from Romeo Nissan. One month, almost to the day the transmission failed. A woman in the service department quoted me $4000. for a new one. After she tried scamming me and I refused her gross offer, someone else called and sold it to me for $400. I will write another review on the awful misleading events that happened at Romeo VW just a few days ago. Romeo is the poster child for dishonest sales.

I just bought a new Sentra from Romeo Nissan. As usual, I dreaded the car buying experience; however, I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience at Romeo Nissan. I would definitely recommend Tori and Romeo if you are in the market for a Nissan.

Sneaky and underhanded.

Sneaky and underhanded. Dishonest and manipulative. I went in for a car. There was the allusion of them being helpful. Then they took my car keys of a car I own and riffled through my car without me knowing. When I notice and want to leave, they held my keys and talked in a private office. I had to ask repeatedly for my keys. Then I get to my car to finally leave after my privacy was violated, and my seats are all altered and my purse is moved. Horrible business. If they do this, imagine who they get over on you in your deals! I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. However, because of their horrible business, I found an identical car for thousands less and a better interest rate as well! WIN WIN!
