Joe Rizza Lincoln Service - Orland Park: Unprofessional
Joe Rizza Lincoln Service - Orland Park: Unprofessional and Dismissive Extremely poor customer service when scheduling an appointment. The representative was rude and impatient, repeatedly interrupting me and responding curtly with “is that it?” to each service request. A total of four items two of which are known issues with the make, model, and year vehicle we have. When I asked about their advertised pickup service, she became openly annoyed, claiming it would delay my appointment 4 weeks because “most people don’t want that.” She emphasized three times that no loaner would be provided regardless of warranty coverage, stating they “don’t have to do that” unlike other dealers. Her condescending attitude made requesting basic advertised services feel like an inconvenience. She suggested I “probably won’t want to go through all of that” regarding warranty rental procedures. I canceled and returned to my previous dealer, who handles scheduling and pickup service professionally. Service departments shouldn’t belittle customers for using services included with their vehicle purchase. Avoid this dealership - unprofessional service culture that fails to support customers properly.

Great experience salesman was awesome. Took only two hours from the time we got there till the time we were driving off the lot bought a really nice car for a low amount of money.
