I had a wonderful experience at #1 Cochran Honda! My salesperson, Jake, was knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He was patient with me, as this was a big decision. He took the approach of helping me buy a car (and streamlining the process) rather than just “selling” me a car. The other staff members were pleasant. Greeting me and offering me water. The financing process was smooth. Overall great experience!

Months ago, we took in our Honda Pilot for an emission
Months ago, we took in our Honda Pilot for an emission systems light. There was also a fuel pump part that was in the process of being recalled (if that’s the right term). We asked the service guy if that could be related to the symptoms, he said no, so we paid just shy of $1200 for new fuel injectors, which didn’t fix anything. Weeks later, we get a letter about the fuel pump part from Honda USA, and it described our cars symptoms perfectly, so we go back and talk to the same service guy. He wants us to pay $160 for a diagnostic, and if that’s “the problem”, we won’t have to pay for the diagnostic test. He also told us that there was no time frame for the replacement fuel pump, and no way to track it. Since he was fairly condescending and they were already wrong with the first diagnostic, I declined. After several calls with Honda USA, we tried again to get it fixed. We were told by the service dept that they had a loaner car for us (we called first due to the previous experience). When my wife went to pick up the loaner, the same guy said that they won’t give loaners for recalls on cars with high mileage, but he’ll make an exception this time; if they need it back, however, we had to come back to the dealer and give it back. Shockingly, on Saturday, they didn’t have a replacement part, but on Monday morning, it was finished and ready for pickup. Supposedly, they gave us a fuel pump part that was meant for another customer (I think somebody got screwed or lied to). Several folks at work told me to steer clear of this place after we were knee-deep in the process. We’ll drive a bit over an hour to another dealership from now on. If you like being talked down to and maybe charged for services you don’t need, and possibly lied to about recall parts, this is your place. Sales guys might be great, I wouldn’t know. Go somewhere else if you need dealer service.
