Got my car from them.

Got my car from them. Kia wasn’t rolled back, interior clean, no repaint signs. Before buying they gave me two options to pick from, both like new. Took one without hesitation.

I told them my budget and braced myself for the usual upsell. Instead, they showed me a Dodge in range and even knocked a bit off the price. Straightforward deal, no games.

Stopped in just for advice, no intention to buy. Manager Melissa gave me a full tour, compared models side by side, no pressure. The next day they even emailed me a list of options within my budget. That’s real follow-up.

I only had $22k and thought they’d try to push some worn-out truck. Instead, the manager Chris sat with me, asked what I wanted, and found me a Compass with low miles and factory warranty. Couldn’t have asked for more.

What stood out to me—no pressure tactics. Nobody shouting “today only.” They let me compare Compass and Renegade at my own pace. I chose what fit me, not what they wanted to push.

I’ve worked with Honesdale Chrysler for a while on trade-ins and custom orders. Their back office is sharp — always reachable, titles handled fast, access to paperwork without “call tomorrow.” Managers know AWD vs 4x4 and the differences between trims.

Took my Grand Cherokee in for service. Clean shop, techs in uniform, everything professional. They changed oil and brake pads exactly as quoted and showed me the old parts. No upsell, no surprises.
