I just completed my 10th vehicle transaction with them — and once again, they exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors of their beautiful new facility, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. This most recent purchase — my brand new 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited Edition— has been nothing short of amazing, and the entire experience was smooth, exciting, and refreshingly honest. A special and heartfelt thank you to: Chris Gomes – His leadership is the heart of this dealership. Chris leads by example, with unmatched integrity, warmth, and an unwavering dedication to his customers. The salesman was extremely pushy.
The salesman was extremely pushy. I live 3 hours away and he kept on messaging me that the vehicle would not be around by the time I was able to get there on the Saturday, this was on a Tuesday. I offered to put money down in order to hold it until I could make it down but he insisted that I make the trip that night or the next night. When I was able to make it he had no information about the vehicle and kept apologizing for not knowing anything about the car. Kept repeating that it is an amazing vehicle and a great deal. Yet didn’t know anything about it. We were there for over 3 and a half hours. They tried to get me the lowest value on my trade, an Infiniti QX 30. Jd power had a trade in value on my exact vin for over 16k. They wanted to give me 12k for it. Was able to talk him up to 13k and he said that was a great deal. He produced two KBB trade values and the one was for 13,700 and still went 13k. All he wanted to do was make the sale and push us out. Not happy about the way this place was run. Will not go back here ever again. Also tried to add on 2 thousand dollars worth of add ons into the lease even after I asked him to take them off. He apologized then presented the revised lease for me to sign and they were still on there. Then he apologized again and we had to repeat that we did not want those two more times before they were removed.

Excellent Service!
This was my first time buying a car without my family and it went amazing. This dealership was patient and respectful. They were able to get all the necessities I wanted in a car plus some. They were understanding as I had some hiccups with my bank and showed me all the features of the car. I was very impressed of the personalities and knowledge of the Salesman and the Sales Manager. I will be going here again!

New lease purchase
This our 3rd lease with Broadway. It is always a pleasure and they make the process very easy and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone. Nick was very through and if he didn't have an answer to our question he made sure he followed up immediately.
