I had an appointment April 23, 2024.

I had an appointment April 23, 2024. I arrived at 5 pm on 22 April to leave my car and pick up the loaner. My service manager was with someone else so I had a seat in the waiting area. At 5:30 Alan had not come to get me so I went to his office and there was no one there. People asked if the could help me several times while I was waiting and told them I was waiting on Alen. Now Alan came walking towards me. I said something like, “Hey I’ve been waiting on you “,he replied, “ I don’t know why. I am clocked out.” So I replied, “you are clocked out?” Can you help me get my keys and I will leave.” So he went to get my keys and Scott said he would help me. And he did.
