I went to this dealership to trade in my old car for something new. The sales rep Will, that worked with me was a tremendous help. He was very courteous, and patient. We went through various different calculations for a lease and trade in for me, that would give me the best bang for my buck, while having the best car for my needs. Where do I start, I had one of the best car buying experiences of my life at Route 22 Nissan in Hillside,NJ, I purchased an Altima, but when I got home I realized that I wanted some things in my car that wasn?t in the newly purchased car I had brought home. The very next day I brought the car back and explained my dilemma to my salesman Alex, he immediately stopped what he was doing and catered to my concerns. Not one time did any of the employees make me feel like I was being a pain, especially Nuno, Hector, Billy , Alex or the person who was maintaining the cleanliness of the facility; I really wish I knew their exact titles, because those 3 guys deserve the highest praise.
