My Acadia has been in for warranty work each time I've been without it from 6-8 weeks and had to pay for rental out of pocket and it's the same thing both times and I had to pay the service fee now it's been down for 3 days can't get the service department to return my calls looking for a lawyer

I was told after finding out the wrong payment day all i had to do was call to fix it. That wasn't true the person i spoke too told me the dealer doesn't care what day they put down or if the car gets reposessed they got the sale. Make sure they fix mistakes in writing
