After looking online for a Hyundai Tucson, I am a returning customer found one i liked and scheduled a new appt with Jay and Nathan who tagged team. They helped assist me and they are friendly, knowledgeable, and getting straightforward to my new vehicle purchase. After delivery followup, Brandon happily made sure everything was good. Braden at Honda was available to help enroll me for the Hyundai BlueLink waiting on activation. Casa has a great team from start to finish, enjoying my new vehicle learning all the new equipment. Horrible Repeat customer treatment,from SM,GSM To busy to return calls, Or make deals,great salesman with no upper mgmt support ,wonder what RSD of hyundai and the lowenfields will think when i share my experience,and I will,,definitely not BORMAN Sad! Takes a long time to build a great customer base,and second to lose it,

Casa Hyundai/Honda service is incompetent.
Casa Hyundai/Honda service is incompetent. We paid a lot of money for them to repair the vehicle, and it was never actually fixed. We had two separate visits (plus a 3rd to reassemble the engine after pieces were left in the cargo area of our car). The warning lights that we paid to fix came on just before our apointment to trade in the car. The service manager said he would work on refunding the money since the repairs weren't actually completed. A week later, a new service manager said they wouldn't help us and claimed we wouldn't let them look at the vehicle. They are incompetent with fixing vehicles and don't keep their word. I will not give another penny to any Casa dealership in the future.
