I had a fantastic experience with Walter (dealer) and all the employees. The loan process was great, easy, and was very simple to follow and understand. I felt VERY comfortable with everyone there, everyone was very hospitable too. They checked to see if I was thirsty or wanted a snack. It was busy Saturday but every single person working there had a smile on their face and said hi as they walked by. I'm extremely pleased with the car I bought and walter, my dealer, made sure I was satisfied with the deal, and my trade in. Si es bueno el servicio mientras todo va bien con problemas todos cambian nadie sabe nada y ya se les olvida que uno es cliente y que x uno tienen trabajo y ya ni le contestan las llamadas , y todos son iguales le sonrien pero cuando se trata de un reclamo alli si se comoce a todos, acuerdense de mis palabras y veran , y lo digo porque ya he ido a varios dealer y todos son iguales , todos , todos, no hay exepcion.
