Joey is very knowledgeable and helpful. So easy to work with, and he explained everything. I like the video of the inspection. North drove the shuttle to pick me up when the car was finished. He's really friendly and caring.

OK man they took my order right on time wrote me up and told me what was wrong with the car what I needed and call me. Let me know when it was ready so they picked me back up from home so that was pretty good and my service was gone good I recommend my friends and my family so I always keep coming back. Thank you, Toyota.

Had to wait 20 mins with nobody checking in or asking about my appointment. Then I was told there were repairs needed ASAP on my current never got an estimate from my service rep that she said she would send by end of day.

I have been a client of Elmore Toyota for at least 15 years. They have now become Beach Cities Toyota and this is my first encounter with them. Shawn was the service advisor and he was good, He made sure I was dropped off and picked up after the service was done. He explained to me the items that were required for the 15K maintenance service. I checked the invoice, all the items that were stated on the job order were checked out. The car is in good condition. - Rude lady on phone who didnt know what she was talking about. - waiting for approval for the second time for the paint peeling. One would assume that when dealing with a manufacturer issue you would get treated a little better and be more accommodating to the customer who spent alot of money on your products and services
