Arrival for appt good customer service.
Arrival for appt good customer service. Tire rotation and had to buy two new tires with alignment took 3hrs. After service the maintenance notification was not reset. For the cost of service, I should have not had to reset the notification.

We had 4 wheel alignment and liter rotation service.
We had 4 wheel alignment and liter rotation service. Unfortunately, the car shakes and tire makes edge mark!! We have to take the cars back to check as it appears that services weren’t done properly. Additionally, we did have our appointment at 11:00A> The said services almost 3 hours !! This is such a disappointing services !!

My experience in dealing with Stadium Toyota was absolutely amazing. I was looking for a pre owned vehicle with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles in mind. I was placed in the perfect car for my requirements. It looks brand new being a used car and my customer service with Tony and Rob was 5 star. Tony was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. Rob makes the best deals happen. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Highly recommend Stadium Toyota used car department. Very professional and they made the looking for a new car very comfortable. Thank you so much again.

I scheduled maintenance for an oil change, tire rotation
I scheduled maintenance for an oil change, tire rotation and balance weeks in advance and received 5+ confirmations from dealer. I confirmed the services the day prior (Friday 11/24) and when I showed up at 7:30am on Saturday 11/25, they put me in quick service where it took 3 hours for these services to be completed. This was over double the time it took at another Toyota dealership on a previous service.
