AutoNation USA Plano

The day after I sold the car, I would have given AUtoNation 4 stars. But, they flat lied to me. When I asked them point blank if I needed to removed plates, they said the plates would be removed (by them) before the car moved. They were not. About a week after the sale, I got a toll bill (zipcash from NTTA) for $7.72. I was peeved, but it was small. They still would have gotten 3 stars. Just today, one month later, I got another zip cash bill from NTTA, for $8.16. My only mistake was believing that AutoNation was a reputable business that would not jeopardize their reputation for a few bucks. So, now they get a single star and I'll be writing Dave Lieber at the Dallas Morning News to see if he'll do a column on this deceptive behavior.

Trust me , I have very bad experience in service, next day after buying the car, car door not locking and went show room and hes saying , busy and come back after a week.

Great experience selling my old car to them. Very friendly staff and manager. They did the best to fast-track the process and gave the best quote in the market from the competitors. Tom was super helpful and did not complaint when he had to go back to the car and fetch something for me and the car was parked far from the office. Also, I had my gate key attached to the key and I realized after reaching home I just had to message Tom and he ensured that I got it back the next day. I would certainly consider them again in future for selling the car again.

I sold my car here and the process was quick and easy from getting the quote, the inspection and the paperwork. Adam was professional and communicative during the entire process and was open and honest with the quote.
