Oscar was extremely enthusiastic and helpful throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me purchase my first car in the United States. I am satisfied with the condition of the vehicle, but what impressed me the most was the outstanding service he provided.

Was very interested in a used car they had advertised. I asked again and again to get a quote so I could be sure there were no surprises before I made the drive to come see the car. Turns out they add a LoJack to every car and charge the customer $1500 for it, which is NOT included in the advertised price. This kind of crap is why used car dealers got a bad reputation in the first place.
