My wife and I went looking for a new car since my wife's 19 MKZ was totaled in a accident. Olivia was our sales person and showed us a Caddy that we test drove but didn't like.We went back to her office desk and she asked us what did we want in the ideal car? We wanted another Lincoln so she viewed her entire McGovern inventory for us. She found us a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label with 24,000 miles on it.She offered to bring the car to Albany from the Mass. McGovern dealership under NO obligation to us. Cut to the chase...we fell in love with the car and purchased it. Chris the f&I manager completed all the required paperwork without a hitch! I brought the car back for a service and 1 repair which by the way they covered 100%. This dealership and its personel treat you like royality the minute you step in the door. I'm 72 and been around antique cars and cars in general all my life, and have NEVER been to a dealership like this, that treats you like a family member I will not go anywhere else for service or another car.
