The service was done quickly and done very well. My only complaint is that I had to adjust the tire pressure after the tires were rotated.

Our Service Advisor Jill was outstanding — she was extremely helpful and her communications were very timely, informative, and friendly. Keep up the good work Jill — you are a great ambassador for the dealership. Our courtesy driver Ed was also friendly and efficient with regards to our courtesy vehicle delivery and pick-up. One issue, which is why I only gave 4 stars, was some issues with the courtesy vehicle agreement. We had the vehicle for roughly 8 hours, but the final agreement said we had the car over 2 days. We drove the car for less than 15 miles and are roughly a round trip of 25 miles from the dealer, but the final agreement showed 97 miles travelled — we are guessing excess miles were driven in the time period that we were not in possession of the car. There were no charges, and no issues with the courtesy vehicle, but this lack of detail with regards to the paperwork could have caused problems/conflicts if there was an issue with the courtesy vehicle upon return. Otherwise an overall good service experience.

I was looking for a GV60 and selected one of the cars available at Genesis of Albany. I selected that I'd like to lease it and selected 10,000 miles per year. All the other inputs were put in by the dealer's website. The payment came out to $571/mo which I thought was good, so I continued on and submitted the offer. The website said the next step is to come in to the dealership to test drive and continue the purchase process. They invite you to apply for financing ahead of time to speed up the process, and state that there will be "No surprises at the dealership." Once I submitted my offer, I was told there was a discrepancy with the website and the offered payment wasn't possible, but they'd give me their best offer. After several hours, their best offer came in at $710/mo...nearly $140/mo more than stated on their website. This seems to be a classic bait and switch routine. At that point, we couldn't trust these people, and went elsewhere to get our GV60. Too bad, I think Genesis dealers are really hoping to move their slowing moving GV60s before 9/30. We would have taken one off their hands if they'd been even close to accountable for their error, but they weren't. It was the usual, "You can't expect us to honor the price we quoted you! Here's the real, higher number." Not very cool or professional.

Genesis dealership on new connor Road in albany New york has to be one of the best dealerships that I have ever been to. The staffing is very professional , and we're friendly and very welcoming. They all treat you with the utmost respect. I have bought a Genesis from carmax and I took it there They have it looked at to make sure there were no issue with the car and I was treated like if I bought the car from them unbelievable. I felt like I had known these people for a long time, and it was my first time there. One worker, her name is Jill. I do not know her last name, but she is awesome. She helped me 500% when my car. She went out of her way to help me with my car. But on the same note, pretty much they all go out of their way to help you in some way. I'm 62 years old and I've been buying cars for a long time. And I've never been treated the way. I have been treated at Genesis dealership a new conroe I'm 62 years old and I've been buying cars for a long time. And I've never been treated the way I have been treated at Genesis dealership on New Karner Rd. All I can say is Bravo👏👏 to everyone. Keep up the good work positive attitude. that goes a very long way. Awesome, that's very awesome. Unfortunately I can only give you 5 stars. I wish I can give you 10 more.

This dealership service department is amazing! They took care of my needs quickly including and extra last minute request I made of them. They are welcoming and brought my car out washed and sparkling.
