One of the worst service department experiences.

One of the worst service department experiences. Set up an appointment on line to have an issue checked out. When I arrive a lady there told me it was 7-10 days before my truck would be seen and then quickly advised in a rude manner that they don’t do rentals loaners. So tried to set up a later app and was told the exact same thing again and since it was a diesel they don’t have much help there so get it done when they could get to it. Do not write bad reviews unless it is over the top and needed. Took it to another dealer and done in 1 day.

I have dealt with autonation in Corpus Christi a long time Chevy is my brand always and I have always dealt with Al Jamison for 20 or more years years I have 4 daughters and all those cars came from autonation I have always got a great deal and taken care of with great care and respect oh of course awesome service! Everyone was great!

Everyone was great! From salesmanship to financing to service. Ben and Rene were fantastic. They got us into a newer car and obtained better than expected terms for us. We will return for our next purchase down the line.
